Ying is an honors graduate of New York College of Health professions in Syosset, New York with a master of science in Acupuncture and Oriental medicine.She was trained extensively in traditional Chinese medical Acupuncture, herbology, Japanese Acupuncture and Five Element Acupuncture. She has performed clinical interships in Chinese and Japanese styles of acupuncture and herbal medicine. Ying is also a board certified diplomate of Acupuncture through the National Board Certification Committee of Acupuncture and Oriental medicine (NCCAOM) and a licensed acupuncturist in the state of New York.

After graduate, she went back to China for extensive training and worked for National TCM Expert hospital in Beijing, Panlong TCM Expert hospital in Kunming, China where she received strict training in internal medicine, gynecology(Esp.infertility), pain management, herbal therapy. She has developed her skills and amassing experience over the past three years. In that TCM expert hospital, all top master Chinese medicine doctors work there, some of them retired already and invited them come back to work again. She trained alongside master Chinese medicine doctors who all have over 40 years of experience. She worked with these master Chinese medicine doctors and learned their treatment protocols.

Her treatment are often anything but "by the book" and are perfectly adapted to the Individual case of the patient. The acupuncture prescriptions she learned are both a clinical treasure and a chance to step away from textbook knowledge and learn the " way of thought" that masters have developed using the principles of Chinese medicine according to the nature of change. She has seen patients all day, six days a week for over three years, averaging more than 40 patients on a normal day. In a short period of time she gained incalculable knowledge about the way acupuncture treatment works and was able to treat difficult and complicated cases. She developed a strong reputation as a talented acupuncturist while she practice in China.

After three year extensive training, she returned to united states to practice at TriBeCa (NYC) and Queens where she successfully treated pain, women's issues (infertility, IUI-IVF Support) and some other difficult and complicated cases.

She believes that body, the mind and the spirit are closely interconnected and inter- affected. The mind often plays a critical role in the body's health. As a Chinese medicine practitioner,she will fully apply acupuncture knowledge and skills to utilize the body's self healing power to maintain an individual's health and well-being. She provides holistic care and recommendations on life style,nutrition and exercise.
