This facility is very dated, the staff is very hands off and completely out of touch with the times. If you are looking for a place with trainers/staff who are there to help encourage and be hands on with you this place is NOT for you. Also, consumer warning, you sign a 1 year contract but if you do not sign a 30 day notice to quit prior to the 1 year contract ending they continue to bill you after your 1 year contract. WARNING they never send you a reminder card saying your 1 year is coming up so if you do not catch it in time you will be charged. This practice seems shady and totally unethical, it is bad business practice to say the least. Now I cannot speak for every Curves establishment but the one in Lodi CA certainly should be avoided.
