Provided by YP.comSad to say good bye but after being given misinformation from the front desk, receiving poor customer service, being overcharged multiple times and being told by the gym manager to report the charge to our bank as fraudulent (which is illegal) , we had to separate from this gym.
We believe in second chances and human errors but after being over charged the third time while trying to get the error corrected it was time to separate. As the customer we felt our best interest were not a priority to this gym.
