Rolls were small and they hardly used any fish in my rainbow roll. I couldn't taste any fish at all. Nor so I can't rate them on freshness nor the quality of the fish used. I only saw a very few pieces on the outside of the roll. It was tasteless and I couldn't tell what was rolled in the center. The bento box items lack favor and the meat serving was the smallest I have every seen in a bento box. I am used to a lot better quality from those in the Bay Area and Sacramento. The grat ratings that I saw here must be from all the students eho go there after school and whom probably haven't had the chance yet to explore other higher quality Sushi resturants.

They even have Ikura on hand! True sushi lover's will love this place.

This is by far the best Japanese resturant in Lodi ! Great foor,good portions and very reasonable, I come from Stockton to the resturant often.
