ProGuard has given us freedom from a nightmare. Cockroaches had almost become permanent inhabitants of my residence and my children were extremely scared of the same. I knew I had to do something and turned to ProGuard for rescue. They are a very professional company and I am amazed by the efficiency of their technicians in handling pests. Thank you ProGuard and do keep up the good service!

First of all there supposed tech. Didnt spray all the areas in the contract . 2nd service was worst it seemed as if the tech. Didnt now what to do I new all the areas to be sprayed he didn't but he has worked there dor a few years already.you have to babysit in order to get a good job

Being a stay-at home mom, I was finding it very difficult to deal with pests in my house for all day long. Today, I highly recommend ProGuard to all dealing with the menace of pests. Timely service at reasonable rates is the main USP of ProGuard. They are undeniably the best pest control company, you can rely upon for a house free of pests.

I would really love to thank ProGuard's friendly office staff. Our house was continuously pestered by bed bugs and after trying every means to eliminate then, we utterly failed. Then a friend told me about Proguard's efficient pest control system and I decided to give a last try. Amazing service at affordable rates, I would say! Now my house is free from bed bugs and my wife and I can indeed live peacefully.

I almost wonder is this is the same company these people are working with, or maybe the people just don't know how pest control works. It's called pest CONTROL.



Anyways, I called ProGuard after a referral from my neighbours. I was concerned about price because I lived in a smaller home. I gave them a call and was delighted to learn that they basis there prices on a number of variables (square footage of my home, infestation, frequency of visits, etc.).



Thanks for their office staff, I was able to get an honest price, and scheduling was a breeze! The gentleman were extremely professional, and respectful of my home. When I asked about the safety of the products (I have cats.) they assured me that after the spray dried I was able to have the cats walk around my home with out any issues! :)



They really made everything stress free for me, and thanks to only a couple of consistently weekly visits the ant and roach problem I had is 100% eliminated. I'm very happy with them, and now because the pest are under control, they only come by a every so often to keep the risk of bugs reappearing. Thanks guys!

If I would have wrote this review in the first 6 months of service, I would have said they were great. But 2 years later I can easily say these guys do a horrible job, sometimes I wonder if they even spray when they show up. Find a company with a good reputation, I am tired of trying to get ahold of progaurd to have them come out and respray.

This pest control company is great! Staff is super nice, scheduling is flexible if need be, and the techs are all very professional and very patient. We signed a contract, and make sure to pay on time and we have never had any issues...only good things to say! Our ant problem has been taken care of and we rarely see any bugs anymore. We have referred a few friends to ProGuard who have also signed up and everyone is happy. Awesome company!

When a sales person came to our house and signed us up my husband and I either heard anything about a contract and when they came back the next day, they had the person who was sitting my kids sign it.



Well we moved and If I wanted to fight them I could have but decided not to put myself through the stress. Now the contract is up and we are being told that we will be on the hook for one more service since they did not get notice 30 days notice.



Way to get good reviews....these people are shiesty and doing anything they can to get every last dollar out of you. Cancel your cards once you cancel service because looking at these other reviews....they dont know what canceled means and im not about to let them do that to me!

I originally decided to try them out because of a special offer they were having even though I was completely happy w my pest control providers, but the offer sounded too good to pass up. I quickly realized this place was awful. We signed a one year contract for a $100 initial fee and $90 every 3months but the service was awful. I have spent the last 6months trying to cancel the service after the year contract expired but they continue to show up while I am at work and bill my credit card for the service.

From the initial spray I began to see an issue because I had them come back 3 times before my first 3 month service. The pest problem was never taken care of (spiders and ants) and they didn't seem to care. Don't get me wrong, neither the receptionist nor technician where ever rude but they were simply not getting the job done.

Before our one year contract expired I came home to find a note saying they came in to do the service while I was out but I had them come right back because they had missed a wasps nest on the side of my house. Again they decided to come while I was at work and I came home to find the nest was still there. I was just about to call them to ask them what the point of the visit was when my 3 year old came running in because she had been stung by one of the wasps when she accidentally stepped on it. Since this day I have been trying to get rid of them but they don't seem to understand the word "Cancelled". I have not been comfortable my kids playing outside since the day I signed that contract.

My advise to anyone who is lured in by this "special offer", pay the extra $15-$50 to get the job done right the first time....though I can't say the job was ever done.

This is the worse company I have ever worked with. There customer service is lacking in every way. Not only did they not provide the service requested , when I called in to get help I was told I signed a contract and had no choice but to continue it or pay a cancellation fee that was more then the contract it self. If there was a score for the worst company they would be a perfect 10.

I was referred to proguard by my mother-in-law she told me that she love this company because of their professionalism and great service. I couldnt agree more with her everytime they come and service my house they do a wonderful job!

If I could give "zero" stars, I would! This company has horrible customer service and professionalism. The technician came to my house to clean spider webs from windows, cracked a window and claimed no fault. My husband happened to be home to witness it all and the manager insinuated that it was already broken and that this was "suspicious" of us! They have yet to pay for the damage. When we have asked to speak with owners or "higher ups," they will not give us any information.

Don't use this company, period.

this place is awesome !! we havn't had any pest issues around out home, ever since we started with this company. the receptionist is always vary sweet & have never made me feel like I wasnt important. this company will continue to get referrals from me.

This is the best pest control company I have ever used. The customer service is fantastic from the office staff to the service techncian. The technician is always very thoughtful and takes care of all our pest problems. We had to call them back one time and they were there within an hour to retreat. Great job ProGuard. Thanks for doing such a good job at our home!

I called ProGuard Pest Control because I had ants and spiders. They came out right away and did a excellent job. Tech was friendly and concerned about my issues. I had a few ants still but within 24hrs they came back out and took care of them. I now live bug free do to ProGuard. I recommend these guys to anyone that wants to have no bugs.

Excellent service!! After being somewhat hesistant at first I decided to try Proguard and Ill never use a different pest company again. They were on time, professional, and my pests are gone.
