I had an issue with this company, but they took care of me. Just shows if you have an issue don't be afraid to speak you mind.

Tons of fun for my grandkids and the whole family!!! Everyone was very nice !! Oliver was very knowledgable and and informative , even though the place was very busy and crowded!!
I would love to see an expansion in the size and more advertising , as a lot of people I've talked to aren't aware we even have a serpent museum !

well where do i start? my kids and I purchased 3 diamondback terrapin for my son and also the recommended reptile tank. so $450.00 later we left happy. so we thought.

a few months later one Turtle drowned.( he got stuck under the floating dock they sold us). talk to them and they said yea that can happen. then one of the other one grew to be about 6" and started to eat the smaller one, so i went back and they said that does happen so i asked if i could exchange on for a smaller one, they said sure i was a good customer blaa blaa blaa, and in the mean time spent a few hundred dollars more on some poison dartmouth frog and cages. they where out of the diamond back turtles that when they got some more in we can get a smaller one. so i left the big one there and they sold it fast by the way, now i called them to see if they have some more in and the guy Brent says he remembered the deal but he has to call Robert the owner and run it by him, when brent called me back today he said Robert said all he will do is issue me a store credit for only $24.00 and i felt like he thought i was lucky to get that. well i told Brent i paid like $79.00 and i should get that credit and he said i should of got it from Robert back then. well back then i was a good customer i guess and now i am a bad one i am guessing. i told them they must need the money more then i , if they are trying to swindle me out of $79.00 ******* *******STAY AWAY another knuckle head company spend money there that are nice, want something they owe you... you screwed!

We visited The Serpentarium this afternoon and every one of us: adults, elementary school age, college age, had a blast!!! So so many species of reptiles! They took out a corn snake for us to hold and even interacted with this huge tarantula so we could see it, you can also with them feed the snakes and hold a python for a few bucks!!:))) The trip was a bargain at $2 each. We had a great time and plan on going back again!!:)))
