Im very disgusted with Judy Silva. My experience was with her rental property in Lodi. It was a small office space that was orginally a residential unit but i guess was not zoned for that. So it became a rental for commercial. We are a small paint contract company and just need to move our home business to a office. Let me say the office was gross, smelled like mold, dangerous and toilet didnt work. This space is only good for storage. It is unhuman to have anyone normal in there right mind work from there. The owner agrees its a "sketchy" area but still willing to run down to the bank to cash first months rent and deposit. We never worked from there. Tried moving some office things in there and attempted to make things work but it was impossible. It's truly horrible place to have put as a rental. Owner recieved rent for no occuppancy we never even spent more than an hour there like i stated "we attempted to move" and she kept deposit and the place was handed over with no cleaning front window was boarded and we took it off and placed window coverings. Basically scum lord in my eyes. Took advantage of a local business trying to make good in our community.
