i don't know what the other review was about but my experience there was great, they went out of there way to help me learn and also had a box of goodies they gave to my kids, great mom and pop shop, I bet the guy that gave the poor review had a bad attitude when he came. I've heard and experienced good things in this store, only thing bad was the parking, they were busy and I had to park on the side. I recommend this shop! But that's my experience, try for yourself

Place sucks no warranty my reel went bad next day internal Failure no exchange or refund no warranty on anything in store. Only manufacture warranty good luck with that. Place is a waste of time no real baits just worms. I highly recommend not to go to this business .
