Paid the entire amount, up front for new counter tops to the Lodi Home Depot and they have not helped in any way! I had to order the new sink myself and have it shipped to my home. It was not the correct sink to make this remodel up to code and had to have an extra hole drilled through our new, Dekton counter top. They cost me $600.00 extra dollars because I did not know what I was doing. I called and left numerous messages trying to get assistance and NEVER once got a return call. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR REMODELS OR ANYTHING ELSE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WE ARE VERY DISCOURAGED WITH THEIR SERVICE!!!! Still working on this remodel due to their incompetence.

still not sure about "big box" retail places..but I recently bought new micro/oven wall unit for kitchen. The end result was OK and we got 24 mos. to pay, interest free. But the process was painful as every time we called we spoke to a new person who knew nothing about our order. The"installation" via 3rd party contractors was also a huge headache. End result was fine..but a hassle until it was installed.
