About Lodi Public Library Lodi Woman's Club founded our library in 1900, allowing the entire community to benefit from the club's growing collection of resources. Today, the still-active group remains one of the library's major benefactors. We believe that Lodi Woman's Club Public Library is a partner in lifelong learning and vital for the community's quality of life. The Library's Mission is to provide free and nondiscriminatory access to information resources, diverse materials and library services and programs for all people.
