Ms. Jo Ann Wipperfurth owns and operates Pre-Emergency Planning, LLC, which offers consultation and training in the design, development, and execution of customized emergency drills, exercises and training to meet preparedness. In addition to her devotion to serving Pre-Emergency Planning, LLC, she is also a disaster assistance employee for the US Department of Homeland Security, Emergency Preparedness & Response Directorate, Federal Emergency Management Agency. In the past, Ms. Wipperfurth served as the State of Wisconsin, Division of Emergency Management Exercise Training Officer, where she coordinated the State of Wisconsin's Preparedness Program. She is recognized as a qualified instructor with the Louisiana State University and the National Fire Academy in Emergency Response to Terrorism curriculum. Ms. Wipperfurth also brings experience as an Operations Manager for a hospital based Emergency Medical Services System. Her diverse background includes serving on a Level B Hazardous Materials team, certification as a Wisconsin Firefighter I, Emergency Medical Technician Intermediate, and being an adjunct faculty member in the Wisconsin Technical College System in First Responder and Basic Life Support Education. Currently, Ms. Wipperfurth serves on the Town of Lodi EMS Commission, a member of the International Association of Emergency Managers, recognized as a Certified Emergency Manager Level Four in Wisconsin and holds a degree in Management and Communication from Concordia University. Allison Johnson serves as the Program Associate. Allison holds a B.S. from the University of North Texas in Emergency Administration and Planning, which emphasizes a multi-disciplinary approach to all phases of emergency management. Her diverse background includes several years experience in the non-profit and private sectors. In the private sector, Allison has experience in education, training, and customer service. Her previous non-profit experience includes work with the American Red Cross in emergency planning, and in grant management and fund development at the Citizens Development Center. She has worked with the American Red Cross since January 2007 and is an active volunteer with the Greater Milwaukee Chapter. Mrs. Melissa Waller serves as the Office Manager Pre-Emergency Planning, LLC. She offers experience in customer service as well as skills in computer programs including: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Publisher. FrontPage and PowerPoint. Melissa has experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant; and currently serves as an EMT on her local EMS Service. She has taken courses in the Medical Assistant program and is continuing her education with an emphasis in Emergency Management. Our business is built on Trust.
