Alpha Dental has a great staff and I have always left very pleased with my services. All issues have been fixed promptly and they work with my schedule to get me and my family in for appointments. Thanks Dr. Sean, and the alphabet dental staff!

The staff is friendly and the dentist is very gentle and talks you through every step of your treatment so you know exactly what's going to happen. My whole family comes here and we have never had any problems! Everyone is wonderful ! My kids even get excited about going to the dentist when they know they'll see Sue for their cleaning!!!

I found the practice to be very professional. The staff does a good job, and I would recommend them.

They do not care about patients who are in pain!!!! They pass the buck!!!! Never Again will I go here!!!!! Wisdom teeth removal was very painful!! One week later I should Not be hurting this bad!!! The dentist won't see me? They gave me the number to locate the surgeon who removed my teeth at Alpha Dental. I call that number and still awaiting the callback an hour later!!!!

My family and I have been going to Alpha Dental for the last 3 years. While I admit ALL dental practices have there issues I have NEVER had an issue with Alpha Dental. It really makes me wonder if the negative review by " ANN " is just the competition trying to make them look bad. Everyone there is friendly as you'd expect here in Logan. They do get busy at times but thats to be expected since they provide quality care. Bottom line... I'd highly recommend Alpha Dental over Aspen Dental or other large Dental Chains.

This place constantly miss places files. They say they will put in your preauthorizations and don't. When you follow up with them they lie about it. They say on one visit that they do something and on the next argue with you that they never said that. They make you pay money up front and then schedule you for unnecessary vist and so your work doesn't get completed and they keep your money for office visits. The final straw was I called to reschedule a visit for fillings for my child and when we got there they had her scheduled for another cleaning knowing it was too soon for her insurance to pay for it. When you finally make them stand up and be accountable, they refuse further treatment for your whole family. They are difficult to deal with as well.
