Do not buy anything here! I bought a camper from Gordon's. After I had it only 2 days, I found out the roof leaked, and not just a little bit. The water pours in. Gordon's is unwilling to send anyone to fix it (I live 6 hours from Logan) or pay any of the cost to have it fixed. I was never told of the leak and was told everything was in working order when I drove away with it. I cannot figure out where the leak is coming from and must pull it to another city 2 hours away from where I live to have it fixed. Gordon's won't even pay half of the repair cost even though they never should have sold it to me in that condition in the first place. They told me even if I drive it up there, they don't know how to fix it because nothing is obvious as to where the leak is. This place is going to go under based on their business practices. Guess I was the lucky sucker who got scammed on this one. They post a lot of their RVs for sale on KSL so watch out!

We recently purchased a used RV from Gordon's. Yes, this RV is a 98 so was older but in very good condition (we thought). After only having it home for 2 days, we had a bad rainstorm and found out the roof leaks. And it doesn't leak just a little bit, it pours into the RV in buckets. We cannot find the leak and we live 6 hours from Logan. Gordon's won't even pay for half of the repair to have it repaired in a nearby town which would be a maximum of $127.50. BEWARE!!!

The worst Customer service ive ever seen. Stay Away! The manager is the worst one! Terrible business. They will screw you over and not think twice about it. DO NOT BUY!

I own a Fleetwood Bounder. My step would not retract. I was in Richmond, Utah. I called Gordon's and they sent a man up there to help. He got the step back in so I could drive to Logan and get it fixed. The part was hard to find, Curtis got on the computer and found it. It would take a week to get the part and we had places to go. While out with our rig the converter went out. When we got back go Logan it was found to be part of the problem. Curtis ran everything through our Warrantee. They were fast, courtious. We will take our Rig to Gordaon's in Logan, 110 miles away, 'cause we can trust them and rely on their work. GORDON'S RV IS THE BEST!!!! They care and get the job done so one can get on the road. I also watched the salesman with customers. He was so nice to them and showed them what they wanted and took his time with them. When buying that is what you want. I cannot say enough about GORDON'S RV, they are the GREATEST!! The help is friendly.

We stopped by on our way camping because we were having problems with our weight dist hitch. They doped everything to help us and even filled up our water tank for us. I wish they were closer because that is were i want to do business. Thanks a ton

They apparently don't have the time to waste if you aren't buying the latest and great thing on their lot. Horrible to get help with any kind of parts or service.You are far better off driving to Ogden or somewhere else!

we had a Newmar Kountry Star diesel motorhome that we bought when we lived in California. Gordon's basically sell trailers, but they were the only local RV dealer/repair facility we could find. They were able to replace our steps, although we had to order replacements from the Newmar factory. They also performed other minor repairs satsfactorily.We have dealt with several rapair facilities in California and Gordon's is on a par with most, as good as any dealer and not quite as good as one (Leale's in san Jose) that is a "repair only" facility.

THIS IS A JOKE. OUR 1 YEAR WARRANTY EXPIRED IN JUNE OF 2010. WE HAVE HAD THIS TRAILER ON FIVE CAMPING EXCURSIONS. THE KITCHEN FAUCET IS BROKEN, THE BATHROOM SINK HAS A CRACK IN IT. WE DO NOT ABUSE OUR VEHICLES. SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT BACKING UP YOUR PRODUCT. THERE IS NO WEBSITE THAT I CAN FIND TO COMPLAIN TO THE MANUFACTURER--HMMM...WHAT DOES THIS SAY TO YOU? IT TELLS ME THAT I SHOULD NEVER SHOP LOCALLY, BECAUSE THE DEALER IS UNCOOPERATIVE. IF I DID THIS IN MY BUSINESS, I WOULD NO LONGER BE IN BUSINESS.

I took my trailer in at the last minute right before I was going to go camping. Thay went thru my trailer fixed everything that needed to be fixed and got me out in time to go on my vacation. Everything worked great. THANKS!!
