Not impressed! Not friendly. Not helpful. Poor customer service. Very slow service. I was told it would take up to 2 weeks. But i was without my machine for 2 months! They would not call us with any updates as to why it was taking so long. They would not call the manufacturer to get warranty extended because it took so long. The warranty work had been approved by the manufacturer, but they did not submit it for payment for 5 more weeks. Very frustrated. No, I would NOT recommend this business.

Tracy, I apologize for not responding to your review earlier. We just signed up to manage our yellow pages account today and saw your review. I would like to thank you for taking the time to review our service. I looked into your warranty work that we preformed. The problem unfortunately was with the manufacture. (Simpson pressure washers). In explanation we ordered a wheel kit for your unit. The drawing implied that there were two wheels in the kit. But when it came in it was only one wheel. It was back ordered for a considerable time. We needed two wheels to complete the work so we ordered the other wheel. It also was back ordered for some time as well. We completed the work and filed the warranty as soon as we received the wheels. We apologize again for the delay in getting your unit repaired. I am sure that you realize we had no control of the lengthy time that it took to get the parts. Please contact our service manager by phone if you have any other concerns.
