Provided by YP.comCouldn't get much worse. Their technicians usually perform the state inspection wrong and fail you for things they don't even need to check or checked incorrectly.
One time we had a coupon and it took over six months to get their regional office to honor it. It was a buy one get one free, but to get the next one free you had to send in for it. They blamed everything even the post office that we hadn't received it. At one point they finally sent us something, but it was just an empty envelope for which they blamed the mail man. Apparently their theory was the mail man stole it from the sealed envelope which was still sealed at the time it arrived.
Interestingly, my employer (Utah State University) has banned its employees from taking fleet vehicles there and you can't get reimbursed if you do.
