Honestly, if this rating scale had negative stars, I'd give it -5 stars. The ONLY good thing about this place is that it is staffed by students who suffer, just like you.

The bookstore is a horrible terrible place and everyone hates it. You only go in there if you absolutely have to. Rent a book and want to return it? Better not have gotten a single drop of water on it (even just 1 rain drop or 1 melted snowflake on the top) cuz if it has, they will make you buy it.

Want to return a book? Better be within the first 2 weeks of class...oh, your professor decided to make the book optional on week 3? Can't get a full refund, but you can go sell it back. Oh it's still in the plastic wrap? Too bad, we "have to assume all books are used, even if they're still wrapped in plastic."

Just go get your books online. SO much cheaper, they won't take advantage of you for every little thing. You're already shelling out a lot of money to be in college in the first place. Hellhole run by Satan.
