I had a great experience using Your Valet. They were friendly and removed the stains on my suit and I picked it up the next day.

BUYER BEWARE! THEY MELTED TWO ...

BUYER BEWARE! THEY MELTED TWO EXPENSIVE DRESSES AND THEN OFFERED $100 CREDIT AT THEIR STORE WHEN I SHOWED THEM THE DRESSES. THAT WAS 3 MONTHS AGO. I DIDN'T WANT A CREDIT SINCE I WAS FURIOUS THAT THEY MELTED THE DRESSES SO THEY SAID IF I GAVE THEM THE RECEIPTS, THEY WOULD REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE. FOR 3 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN GOING IN TO TALK TO THE MANAGER, BUT THEY ARE NEVER THERE. I FINALLY CALLED AND THREATENED TO CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WOW---THEY CALLED ME THE VERY NEXT DAY. I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT THE NEW MAGANGER SAYS....SHE WILL GIVE ME $25 CREDIT OR $20 IN CASH. I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW DISHONEST THAT IS! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE.,,NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY! THEIR NEW MANAGER IS A JOKE! THEY DO NOT TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR QUALITY OF WORK. THEY ARE UNETHICAL IN THEIR BUSINESS DEALINGS. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND DAMAGES TO CLOTHING. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION. I PLAN TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBS, FACEBOOK COMPLAINTS, AND ANY OTHER BUSINESS REVIEW SITE. THIS LACK OF QUALITY, ETHICS, AND RESPONSIBILITY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VALUABLES TO BE CLEANED AT "Your Valet Fine Dry Cleaning"
