I am the manager at Giovanni's Logan. I was just informed by a customer about our menu on here. The menu on here is not correct. If you want an accurate menu go to www.giovannislogan.com you can even place your order there.

My family and I get Giovanni's delivered to our house a lot. We love it! Not only is the pizza great, but the breadsticks (especially the combo breadsticks with bacon and cheese) are awesome! Personally, I always get a Philly Steak & Cheese Sandwich with barbeque sauce. I would definitely suggest eating here - we love it!

Ordered a 20inch pizza, a 9inch Italian sub, and a small salad. 1st thing, walked in to pick up our order and the salad wasnt in the bag and the sub was a 6inch. They offered to remake the sub but it would take 15mins. to remake. We didnt want the pizza getting cold so we got money back for the differnce between the two subs. Grabbed the salad and sub and went back to the truck. On the way down the road, i realized that the salad was leaking its contents. The dressing had leaked through the bag, on my $50 shirt, and all in the truck. Called the managers back and they said the best they can do is replace our sub and salad. I told him we should get a free pizza plus our money back. He said he couldnt do that because the pizza wasnt messed up. I asked, then y offer to replace the sub. He said cause they messed the size up. He also said he couldnt do anything about the stains on my shirt or in the truck. As i was talking to the manager, my girlfriend realized that her Italian sub was actually a steak hogie and at the same time, i saw my sister re-cutting the pizza because they cut the 20inch pizza into about 6-8 big slices. I then asked the manager what the h**l kinda ppl is he hiring down there. He just kept apologizing and sayin all he could do is remake the sub and salad. This is the worst place to TRY and have a family dinner cause they got nothing about our order right. And by the time they did get it right, the kids had done ate the pizza and my girlfriend was so aggravated she wasn't even hungry anymore. This is the 3rd time in a row they messed up our order. The last time our pizza was sloppy and the toppings was sliding off the crust...the time before that, our toppings on our pizza was burnt. This will be the last time i ever order from that sorry a** place.

Best food in town..

Great place to eat. Love the environment, newly remodeled. Awesome Food, Great Service. What more could you ask for from a restaurant.
