I love this company, they recycle and mine, and pass savings on to me!

I highly endorse 81 and recommend them to all people who need gravel, dirt or mulch. I am a home owner and mother of 2. The four representatives that I have dealt with from 81 were all super courteous and kind to me! I give 81 a 5 star recommendation & recommend that everyone use their service. I believe the great service they provide based on 3 things that matter: Great communication, great quality and great price! I have purchased landscape materials from 81 and they have earned 100% of my business: red clay, brown sandy fill, gravel for my driveway. I love that their soils are 100% clean apparently with out the cost of screening. I love that they call me to let me know where my order is at. This is the only company I use for dirt & gravel? Why - 1) 81 always call when they are on their way. Today, I had 7 deliveries and they called 7 times. Who else is going to do that? No one. 2) 81 always provide me with the best price. Today, the next best option was $78 more per load and I told 81 this and they stay true to their price leadership 3) The materials are always as advertised. When they offered me screened materials, the soil is always clean. When I have jobs where the budget it thin, 81 always discloses other options and lower price points. I have made over 100 orders with 81 since 2005, and they are consistently the best out there. I want people to know that this company is the real deal and that I steer all of my business to them. I have used this company for 3 years and always great. I buy both fill dirt and gravel. The materials are always super clean, actually cleaner than the screened materials that I have purchased. The co explains everything upfront, provide me the lowest price, they normally save me $100 per load. My orders are always on time, the drivers are always courteous. I give them my highest possible recommendation. This company has also steered business my way so I view them like a partner.

Do not work with this company. They told me I was buying red clay fill dirt. What I received is clay covered gravel. The truck driver severely cracked and destroyed my driveway and then drove away. The damaged area is about 12ft by 4ft. When I called the company to complain I was yelled at and told it couldn’t have been their fault; the driveway must have been cracked before they came. Then they gave my personal cell phone number to the driver who also called to tell me I was a liar. Horrible product, horrible customer service.
