What Customer Service????

I walked into this hop to buy a bike locally from a small shop. I was never greeted much less asked if I needed help by any staff. They were fooling around behind the counter and saw me...I looked around for almost 10 min and left...not a nod or a word...this may be "no pressure" to some, but not "excellent customer service" to me! I'll head to Athens.

The staff at Lifetime is friendly and professional and the atmosphere at the shop is very comfortable. Shop-sponsored group rides are fun for riders of every level. My two-year-old loves to mill around the shop and check out the bikes. If I am going to be a while, Harvey will even put on a Disney movie for her to watch. It is a great bike shop!

I had very positive experience at Lifetime. The Staff were very nice and not snooty or pushy. They had a bike selection of bikes and accessories. I love my new bike. I also bought a really cool jersey and bibb kit with the shops logo on it.

You'll get a charge out of the group rides as well.

What a huge shop way out in Loganville! (next to Maxie Price Chevy) A must see inside. They have the tools and talent to fix it right the first time. I have several road bikes and a beater MTB, I trust them completely for the jobs that I am not willing (or cannot) do. The owner, Harvey is a straight up guy. Never any pressure about ‘old components’, they fix my issues and let me know what may be looming. Honest, thoughtful, great service, huge shop, strong selection – what else can you asks for. Best shop on the east side.
