They removed a tree off of my roof and did a good job for the 15 minutes they were out there. The bill I received reflected two hours of work and a crane. I told the sales rep that I would not be able to afford to pay them until the insurance check came they said that was perfectly fine. Which I was very thankful for, however I have not received the insurance check yet and the owner of the company has threatened to put the tree back on my roof So buyer beware they will overcharge you, and they will lie to you,but they will get the work done. If you're cool with a business owner threatening to do additional damage to your home then by all means hire North American tree.

Today I got myself into a tight spot. I began cutting a tree that was extremely close to my house thinking that I could get it down. When it started leaning toward my house, I was in real need of help. Jim and his guys came out within about 20 minutes of calling their number. They quickly and easily took the tree down and saved me a LOT of trouble. The price was VERY reasonable, especially considering the fact that they came out on short notice. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

The tree was removed as promised, but they had to reschedule two times - only after we called back and wondered where they were. Then their small tractor broke down and they could not remove the cut logs at the time the tree was removed. No biggie since they promised to remove them the following day. As with the missed times even before cutting, it was actually two days later when the logs were removed. All in all - the tree is gone.
