By far the worst service since Sonny sold the store. I placed my order at 6:30PM for delivery. I received it at 8:15PM. It was incorrect. They offered to send out a replacement order. This was at 8:20PM. At 10:00PM it was a no show. I had to leave out my home and buy food from another restaurant. We're finally eating at 10:20PM, but not from Philly Connection.



Note: Most of the positive reviews were when Sonny and his brother owned to stores. We never had an issue until now.

This place is great, I go every weekend over there for lunch. Really clean place, staff is really friendly and helpful but most importantly their Philly sandwiches are unreal... Best cheese steaks I tried so far.

I love Philly Connection and have been to this location several times in the last month. The new owner is very nice and always eager to serve his customers. The place is clean and the staff is always friendly. The food is great. I recommend this location to anyone in the area.
