I spent a lot of money with them and when I didn't have ten dollars worth a cleaning they would not let me use my debit card and when I complained they told me never to come back. They also lost one of my shirts and would not admit to it. They told me and I quote that I complained to much. I don't see how they stay in business.

Called on 4/13/10 - to ask about steaming a prom dress - when I asked questions they would not repeat what they had said - being that they don't speak very good english it's hard to understand them - then they hung up on me - when I called back to ask why they hung up on me - they proceeded to tell me that the credit card machine was making poor connection and they would not talk to me at that time for me to bring dress in and hung up on me again.i will never do business with this company again - that was the rudest thing I have ever had happen - I can't believe that they are still in business if they treat all their customers this way. - I'm very unhappy with the professionalism that they failed to show they had today!!!
