I opened a new line in this store a few weeks ago, I asked to be put on the $60 unlimited plan and the representative said he would do that. A few weeks later I noticed that my bill said I owed $160 and that I had been placed on the $110 family plan. So I contacted a representative via online chat to fix this, he said he would. but I still see that I owe $160 for a plan I didn't sign up for. I decided to contact corporate again to ask to have the problem fixed, I was told a complaint would be submitted and that I would be credited for this error, but I have yet to see this resolved. If it doesn't end up being resolved I'm going to have to switch services because I can't afford this. This has honestly been the worst experience with a company that I've ever had.
