I've taken my vehicles here for years and have always had prompt and satisfactory service. They are honest with their service suggestions and never push to make a sale. This past week after having services done, the brake booster in my Explorer went out. I called Richard at the shop and he sent a tow truck out to get my car and repaired it the day before Thanksgiving. Very appreciative of the way they take care of their customers. If you need a place to get regular services done and that can also perform repairs as well too, go here. Richard and his crew will take of you! Thanks guys!

Staurt fountain after i read your review i went through my records and i did not find a record of us changing your oil then i saw a picture of you on face book and now i remembered who you are

Pastor bice that run a halfway house for x cons and drug addicts called and said he was sending one of his guys up for a oil change and asked.if he can come by later to pay for it you had multiple problems on your car i will contact pastor bice and see why this was never brought to out attention

Disregard the above mentioned this place is great,they know what their doing and they do it the right way the first time. If they advise you there are systematic problems going on with your vehicle get it fixed. I've been going to this shop for years now no complaints..

I used xpresslube,on referral from a friend. I normally use a very reputable shop,which I know,personally. Only a month prior to this visit,they changed my oil,and I had them replace a wheel bearing hub assembly,since I have no lift. (I would normally do my own maintenance and repairs)

As soon as they got my car situated over the 'pit' the man underneath calls out, "oil pan leak,trans pan leak,power steering leak from rack".

I knew that all was a lie. My car has never leaked.

Ten minutes later,I'm on the road,stopped at a red light,and my dashboard oil light is flashing.

Two hours later,my power steering has completely failed.

The reservoir was empty,so I stop and buy fluid. (5.00 a quart)

I fill the reservoir,shut the motor off,and fluid spews out of the top ofthe reservoir. Air has gotten in the system. This requires an expensive vacuum-pump system bleed,to remedy.

My 'real' shop has a vacuum pump.

I rolled my car on ramps,to look for a failed hose or fitting,and immediately saw the problem- a return line had been pulled out of it's port. Purposely. They do not work loose,or 'fall out'.

Xpresslube's employee sabotaged my car,thinking he could sell me a 'system flush',and possibly new parts,at great expense.

This shop is all-around dishonest,and run by snakes.

They'll try this on me,they'll certainly try on you.

Avoid them.

My shop,by the way,is Express Oil Change,on Pleasant Hill Rd. Bryant Looper manages there,and would NEVER tolerate crap like this,going on in his place.

I'll be persuing legal recourse,from xpresslube. I'll let you know how this turns out.
