Brought my 78 F250 in for new window and door gaskets. Got a price and scheduled an appointment. Dropped truck off for a 3 hour job (per there quote) On Monday morning. I finally called on Tuesday afternoon and they told me it would be done at 400pm. I got there at 4pm and had to wait another hour and a half. They are finally done at 530pm. I take a look at the job and 1 gasket is cut 6" short and nobody mentions it. I ask about it and they say if I bring it back they will glue that missing piece in. Okay.... 1 week later the driver door gasket falls out and a week after that the passengers side door falls out. 2 weeks after that we get some rain and I see water coming in the window. I called about all of this and they gave me attitude like I did something wrong.
Paid what they asked when they asked and I got nothing but $400+ screw up job.
If they cannot handle working on 1978 probably not going to trust them with my 2019 ride. The woman in the office was pleasant to deal with but not impressed by anyone else, especially the owner who handled this very very poorly.
