Have used Early Times for several years and find them to provide excellent service. Ken and Garret were professional, efficient, quick, pleasant, courteous and clean. Highly recommended.

I am writing this quick note to let you know what a tremendous job Ken and Jamie did with the install of my new odor-less logs! I have lived in my condo for 4 years now, and have never once been able to use my gas fireplace because I had no idea how to turn it on! Ken had the patience to show me just how to do this after he and Jamie meticulously installed the new log kit I purchased through your facility. Not only were they thorough and tidy, they were pleasant, informative and a font of information regarding usage and maintenance. Thanks to them, I will be a lifelong customer of Early Times. Ken Kopka did a super neat and professional job cleaning the chimney flues and my fireplace and pot belly stove. He gave us timely explanations of the work before, during, and after it was done. He gave useful suggestions about future work that was not needed along with a few minor things that probably should have prompt attention. I have made an appointment to have him come back for some needed tuckpointing that has been a problem over the years. Happy to recommend Early Times Home Solutions based on my first experience with them.

We've used them for several years and find that they try to upsell services everytime. This week, we called bc smoke backed up into the house, and after asking a few questions and a quick inspection(less than 2 minutes) they told me it would be over $3K to repair. He did spend time explaining the problem, but I was shocked to still get a charge for $75 (service call). No work was done, and to get charged for an estimate - I am done with them, since no work was done.
