I had a very positive experience with this company. They have provided me with a high level of customer service, communication and have allowed me to stay in control on decisions pertaining to my property.



In reading lawandorderfan review, I was shocked and surprised as I had a completely different experience with this company. I have been a landlord for 10+ years and have worked with many management companies. I actually find it refreshing that Field Street Properties involves me with the maintenance of my property - after all, it is my property. After years of using management companies, you will find that repair/maintenance is where most management companies make their money. Field Street Properties is always forth coming with repair work orders, where as many other management companies do the repair and then later I received obnoxiously high bills. In addition, you will also learn as a property owner that tenants lie and become good at pointing fingers. I cant tell you how many times my tenants can't pay rent b/c their aunt died.



Field Street Properties is very procedural. Their lease/maintenance agreement w/ tenant reads like a manual and really forces the tenant to take responsibility while they are occupying my property.



To highlight some of my favorite things; I receive detailed monthly accounting statements and year end tax statements which help me budget my overall portfolio. Maintenance costs are low, they work with skilled contractors and provide convenient payment options. They have a great tenant screening/application process and many tenants rent multiple years from them.
