Wonderful Hotel For My Wedding Weekend

I looked at and investigated several hotels in the Lombard/Naperville area in hopes of finding a place that had clean, suite-like rooms, a free breakfast of some sort, a pool, good location and most importantly, someone who was willing to work with me on pricing and who provided excellent customer service. I found all of these things with the Hyatt Place in Lombard.

I worked with Cathy Neal who was wonderful to work with. She walked me through the process of reserving a block of rooms for my wedding party and guests, and she provided a reasonable rate that my guests could afford. Additionally, unlike other hotels I looked at, the Hyatt didn't make me guarantee a certain number of rooms and didn't penalize me if some reservations weren't utilized.

I would highly recommend the Hyatt Place for anything but especially for a wedding weekend. Their service was excellent, and many of my wedding guests commented on what a nice hotel it was.
