I work with a lot of contractors, and they all recommended this company. I was a little skeptical after reading these reviews, but when they arrived on time, I was very pleased! The driver was friendly and courteous. They gave me a great price, which, compared to others, was very low. I have used them twice so far, and have not received a problem yet.

Provided by YP.comThe driver shows up with no plywood to put the container on. I had to scramble to find some for him. Then when they picked up the box at the crack of dawn, they dragged the box half way down the driveway leaving two scrape marks. AND left the scraps of plywood laying there for me to clean up! These guys are not residential friendly... they are better off in the industrial parks!!
I was checking our internet ads and noticed your feedback. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience. Our website states that we do not provide wood to place under the dumpster. We require the customer to provide wood because it is difficult to transport safely. In some cases we will bring wood, only if the customer requests it. Our drivers are trained to carefully pick up dumpsters in residential driveways and if you did provide wood then that alone should have eliminated any scrape marks. I don't know how long your driveway is, perhaps he needed to pull the dumpster forward due to some overhead obstruction, such as a wire or something. We usually leave behind any wood provided by the customer unless they request that we take it with us or if the dumpster has been overloaded and there is no room left to take it. Sorry for arriving early. We start at 6 am and usually arrive at our first pick up at 7.

Provided by YP.comI was disapponited with this service. Keep a close eye on your pick-up date!!! The driver told me to call when we were ready for pick up. I learned the hard way that this was not the case (our receipt gave only 5 working days.) We were not finished with our box and they picked up a HALF FULL box anyway! Most other companies will give you a courtesy call to see if you are finished.... I would have gladly paid a little rent on the box for a couple extra days to finish my project. Now I am S.O.L.!!!!
Sorry for the confusion over the pick up date. When I take an order for a dumpster I usually set up the pick up date and clearly write it on your receipt. From your comment, that seems to be the case. On that date we will automatically send a driver to pick up the dumpster. If you needed the dumpster longer I would have left it for 2 more days at no charge. After 7 days the cost would have been $20 per day. All you had to do was call and let me know. It is also my understanding that most other companies will not call, but send a truck on the predetermined pick up date as planned.
