I have had my insurance with State Farm since 1995. Thankfully I haven't had many claims, but I just had a situation where my RV was damaged by hail. All the shops I called were months out with backlogged work. Nick's insurance office was very helpful in explaining that this is a very unique time in the body shop world and wait times of 2-4 months are very common due to a number of circumstances. Nick explained the options I had regarding my claim. He put my mind at ease knowing that I did not have to defer a trip and could still have my repairs done at a later time. I really appreciate all your help.

I've had my policy for about 3 years untill recently when it was cancelled with out my knowledge. I guess somehow a payment didn't go through so they "called" me on Jan 26th and say they left a message which i never got. Then since it was so important they waited almost a month Feb 22nd to send me an email. Then when they didn't get a reply they decided to wait ANOTHER MONTH!!!!! to send my bill to the wrong address (how i do not know seeing as my policy is for MY CURRENT ADDRESS!!! and now the bill is way past due and now the bill is 8 times the amount.
