Our home builder uses Pyramid as their granite fabricator. When Pyramid installed our granite, they stained it. There was a horrible dark line along the edge of the countertop and backsplash in our kitchen, mudroom and bathroom. They tried removing it with a poultice (damaging our cabinets in the process) and ultimately had to replace the granite. This new granite install is of such poor quality. There are obvious gaps between the backsplash and kitchen countertop, one of the countertops was cut crooked, the bumpout by the sink was cut at a huge misangle and needed to be adjusted. I've called our sales rep there to arrange for a supervisor to come out and review the workmanship and discuss how it can be fixed. I am still waiting for a call back. I went out to meet her on a day/time we pre-set and find that their office was closed and she didn't tell me. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE on top of poor workmanship - I would never recommend them and wouldn't use them if it wasn't mandated by our builder.
