They do have a consistency problem as previously mentioned, it ranges from the most incredible food ever to barely edible - I guess it depends on who is cooking.



My all time favorite is a dish called Dum Aloo. It's potatoes in a spicy tomato-yogurt sauce with some amazing spices. I don't eat meat, but the sauce the potatoes are in looks just like the butter chicken sauce. I only get it for carryout now, and I always get it with naan, which again is either fantastic or burnt, you never know until you order!



One thing they always have down is the samosas, perfectly spiced every time.



Also, just a note about atmosphere - it's the prettiest Indian Restaurant I have ever been in.
