This is the most corrupt , non-responsive, low-life people I've ever encountered. The res mgt has done absolutely nothing to fix anything for any of the tenants. We have a colony of bees in our wall (60K-80K) with a honey nest of 65lbs. The did nothing. We paid for someone to come. They let the pool fill with bacteria, never telling any of the tenants there was a problem until after someone got sick. Carlos is lazy, unresponsive and worthless. They gave us a 30 day termination today. Why? Because we stand up to them and force them to do what needs to be done.



AS TENANTS WE ALL HAVE RIGHTS. I EXECUTED THOSE RIGHTS, THEY DONT LIKE IT AND SO WE HAVE 30 DAYS TO VACATE. Its legal. I've checked. Im okay with moving out. I want future tenants and existing tenants to be aware.
