BAD customer service! I called this florist from across the country wanting funeral flowers delivered to a church, believing it would be easier to deal directly with the business a mile away from that church. The gracious lady who took my order knew the event and the church and offered to deliver it Sunday morning before service. The angry man who called back an hour later told me...not asked me, told me it would be delivered to the mortuary Saturday afternoon along with everything else. No offer to make arrangements for delivery to the church on Saturday, or asking me if I would make those arrangements so he could assure delivery to where I WANTED...and then he hung up. Since when does the customer not get to decide where the flowers go???
