I don't know what these city tourist'as are bitching about, Lonnie has years of experience. Took my truck for brakes, in and out in one day, did an excellent job w/ very reasonable cost for parts and labor. Some people you just cant satisfy is what I am thinking with all these bad ratings.

Find someone who has a general knowledge of automotive repair before taking anything here. You'll be happy you did....

Nightmare!!! Tranny went..said he was AAA certified...lied...charged me $400 over n stranded me in KY for 2 weeks...asked for $1200 on day 8, only way he could get tranny back, no credit...on a friday...didn't touch car again til 4 days...said he was too emotionally upset to work on it..when i got car back ck engine lite on..he said i sabotaged my own car... i spent $1000 in hotel as i was 700 miles from home...filed complaints with AAA, BBB, and commonwealth of KY....plz stay away from him...had worst rep in London ky...he's dangerous

Awful experience poor professionalism pricing estimate didn't match price, because price was doubled and said job would take 3 hrs when he ended up keeping the car for 2.5 days. Very unhappy never will use again

DO NOT USE! Terrible communication, took far too long, and tried to charge us $200 over the initial estimate when we went to pick up the car. We had to get his work fixed by a different mechanic afterwards.

Stay away, dont use , overcharges; time frame extremely too long; had to re-fix things...............................
