I moved here from GA and started a business from my home in the SEKP apartments. I have to say it was a great place to live. Close to shopping and businesses. If we had a problem we called the landlord and they came right over to help. In the afternoon it is so relaxing sitting on the deck looking out over the creek that runs behind them. An over all great experience. If I ever need an apartment in the future, I will be calling SEKP again.

This is a very nice place to live. I have lived there for sometime and it is very peaceful and safe neighborhood. The apartment is really nice and clean. Anytime I have contacted the apartment manager he has taken care of my concerns and problems. They are taken care of promptly. I would rent it all over again in a minute.
