back at Christmas i order a new ring camera when the ups driver came up here to where i leave. They saw my dog barking at him instead of getting out of the truck. He opened up the back door on his truck and threw it out. he didnt even try to do anything. So when i went up there and complained about what he did. They no longer deliver to my place. so if you have a dog or your neighbor has a dog in your yard. they will not get out of their truck. they will through the package and hope it dont get broke. that is in london ky hub

Never delivers to the correct address EVER!

Absolutely awful service! I too have been waiting on a package that was to be delivered on February 18th. I understand there was going to be some delay due to the snow we received but it is now the 25th and I have yet to receive my package. I have been told every day by UPS that it is on a truck out for delivery and yet it has never been delivered. Each day when I track it, it states my package is undeliverable due to weather. My roads have been clear for almost a week now. This is absolutely unacceptable service and yet no one seems to want to do anything about it.

The roads are clear every where even in the mountains and they are still delaying shipments been waiting for my package since the 18th and it is now the 25th and still no package they are sorry as it gets at ups

Our trash man is better than you. I freaking hate you you ruins my wife's bday surprise to me. Ups your page says three days later than what amazon said. Not only that its on a truck at your facility is what your 800 number said it was suppose to be here on sat June 14 and its not coming til June 17 and that all ups fault freaking scumbags.
