I went to get a wash/cut today. There were 2 stylist on duty who already had customers in their chairs. Then a friend of one of the stylist came in, they chatted for about 20 minutes while her current customer was waiting in the chair & while I was still waiting. The stylist then proceeded to take her friend in front of me even after I waited for 30 minutes. I've been going there for more than 14 years even through the 20 management changes. After today, I'll never go back. It wouldn't be a big deal but I had a trip out of town planned & the other stylist was no where near being down, at least another hour. I think that's terrible customer service.
