This place is terrible! The rent is lower than normal because it's a tax credit property, but the resident manager is never there even for posted hours! The maintenance is a joke and the property manager seems to think everyone is not as smart as she is. I lived there for two and a half years and the property and the apartments are ran to the ground! Teens run the streets all hrs. of the night and children as old as four are allowed to run w/out being watched. The management are too cheap to fix anything the right way. I was forced to live with a skunk because the maintence man cemented a family of skunks under my apartment. The neighbor had to move out also because the owners were too cheap to hire a wildlife trapper!!!!!! Never live here even if the rent seems cheap because so are the apartments and the help!!!!
