Ordered my wife highest upgrade of Mothers Day arrangement AND a garden arrangement of plants. Flowers delivered not only appeared to have been arranged by a child, but were no comparison to what was ordered. They did not deliver her garden arrangement with it! The greatest disappointment was seeing my wife try to pretend to like it as I know she appreciated the gesture, but this was obviously horrid. They agreed to deliver the garden arrangement next day. I msg them via Facebook with picture comparison of what I ordered and what I got. No response but could see it was read. Sent another msg informing them I wanted them to pick up the arrangement they delivered as I was not interested in keeping it. Again, message showed was read but no response.

Next day, I get a vc msg on my answering machine NOT telling me they were on their way, but they had left the plants on my front steps in the cold rain for hrs. They still charged me for everything. I pd @$300 for gross weeds.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Sent my mother hideous dead flowers. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Don't waste your time or money!

The most beautiful flowers, the quality of there arrangements and design are beyond fabulous. Great customer service, I will be a repeat customer! 5 stars....
