I've been going to see Jen Ford for over 15 years. I'm so happy she finally opened her own salon. Jen is a stylist you can trust to make you look fabulous. She is honest with clients who want hairstyles they have seen in a magazine whose hair just isn't the same texture. She helps everyone find a hairstyle that looks great on them - she is truly gifted. I travel over an hour from Boston to see her every 8 weeks! Can't recommend her enough!

Well, I gave this salon a rating of 1 star, but I would have selected 0 stars if I could. I cannot adequately rate them because they never called me back!



Called on Monday to request an appointment for a simple men's haircut. Got an answering machine indicated that they were busy.



Today is Thursday, still no call back.



So, in my opinion, if the staff is too busy or lazy (either way applies here) to call me back, then I guess they are too busy or lazy to get money from me.



I'll update this review if I ever get a call back from them.

This salon is stunning!! Great design and modern feel. I love it!! And, they have a very talented and professional staff!!!
