This was the easiest car purchase experience ever! Because of the no pressure, no games, great prices and straightforward honesty, we signed on the dotted line. Al Finnegan was the best, from answering our questions when we were considering our options to orienting us to our new car. When we moved to this area (18 months ago), finding a local dealer and establishing a relationship was a priority. We have brought both our cars to Ford of Londonderry for repairs and maintenance - a very positive experience! Buying this car was the frosting on the cake. Thank you.

i first inquired about the 2011 Ford Explorer on-line and spoke with Jeff Brunini about all of my questions. Once I decided on which Explorer fit all of my needs, Jeff provided me with a bottom line price. He did not know I was getting prices from two other stores. His was the best (and he provided his the quickest). When I was ready to come check out my Explorer for a test drive, he told me he would have the vehicle ready for when I arrived. When I got to the dealership, the Explorer was waiting for me as promised. Jeff has one of his Salesmen go over the vehicle and take me for a test drive. When I got back from the test drive, I told Jeff that I wanted the vehicle. Since he already had the price for me and the vehicle all detailed and ready, I just had to sit down and do the paper work with the Finance Manager. I was in and out in no time.
