We called this company to pick us up at our house as we thought it would be nice to go out and have a girls night. The cab company showed up in 15 minutes and the gentleman driving named "Chris" had decided to bring his girlfriend along so they could have some "quality time together". They told us that in between calls they get to go home and spend time together so it makes the night go by faster. That didn't bother me since they were on time, and when I asked them about picking me up, he said "no problem - when it gets busy, give us about 30 minutes". When I called at 10:00 pm for a pick up from the bar, we were told they would be there in 15-20 minutes. After 45 minutes, they still were not there so we called back. The man was rude, claimed he never told us he would be there in 10-15 minutes, and that it would be some more time until they showed up. All in all, it took 1.5 hours for them to show up - and when "Chris" arrived, he was without his girlfriend and told me that he was the one on the phone and said that he never claimed to be there on time. I told him that I would never use this company again and he said "Good". Poor customer service, poor response time. Makes me realize why people in NH might go for the risk of driving home from the bar rather than safer alternatives. Bad Company.

This is the WORST cab co in the ENTIRE COUNTRY!!! VERY EXPENSIVE THEY OFFER A SENIOR DISCOUNT BUT DON'T GIVE IT!! THE VEHICLES ARE ALL DENTED AND UNSAFE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND YOUR MONEY!!
