Been with Browns for almost three years. I have to admit that if you’re looking for a regular routine for service look elsewhere. They may come on the scheduled day or they may not. May show up at 6am or 5pm. And for God’s sake keep your trash to a minimum or else they act childish kick your can after picking it up and sling it across the road. I called to complain about the driver throwing my can in the ditch and was told my trash can was too heavy and the guy was upset. Unfortunately where we live, we can’t sit bags out by the can the night before pickup as we never know if they will be here or not and animals would tear up the bags.

Great service fair rates someones gotta haul your trash away so go local support your area and great the best service its a win win!

Very great service from Browns!They do come l8r in the afternoon but no biggie. Recommend to anyone!

Well I have been with Brown Sanitation for about 1 1/2 yrs. and they have always provided Great service to us. :)

Don't ever use these people they don't come until 1,2 or 5pm to pick up your trash they aren't very nice. Most trash Comp. pick up trash that has been out of your bags by animels and well this place doesn't the lady that answers the phone is rude and half the time they don't have anyone there answering it they are just horrible this is only my second week of having them and its just horrible she says they only have 2 trucks and they have a lot of people that they pick up there trash well if you have a lot of people that you pick up there trash then maybe you should get more trucks. So i would say if you are every wanting to find a trash service DON'T GO WITH THESE GUYS!

Paid for three months up front they picked my trash up two times the third time they showed up picked up one of the bags through the other one on the ground kicked it and left. I called they said that they would not pick my trash up anymore my bags were to big.LOL Was told i would get a refund here it is a month later no refund yes.
