Love this office fast and nice way better than ardmore

Put down the wrong number for my odometer on my title back in January. No big deal I went back up there the next day after receiving my incorrect title. They gave me something to have signed by the seller and myself which I completed. When I went back to give it to them she then informed I needed additional paper work that was not given to me and blamed her worker the first girl I spoke with. Again no big deal a little inconvenient but doable. I get that paper work signed and returned to them and Amy says okay the state will mail you your title in a few weeks. I gave it two weeks and called and they informed me that it was in the mail they had done everything. Okay I give it another 2 weeks still nothing. So I call the Tax commission of Oklahoma who informs me that she never received any paper work on me. Immediately I am alarmed as this is now 2 months after I addressed the issue. I call the tag agency back and they now tell me oh you were supposed to give us a $12 check for duplicate title. Would have been real nice to know the last 5 times I called to check. So I bring them in a check. I wait another 2 weeks. Nothing. I called the Tax Commission again as it has now become obviously the ladies at the tag agency have no idea what they are doing. She looks it up and says they filed the paper work and then the very next day canceled it. I said why would they do this?? She says she is not sure she is going to check on it for me. Calls me back and informs me that Lone Grove told them that I didn't have all the correct paper work but that she had them fax what they had and it was all correct now they just need to find my check. So I call Lone Grove, Amy blames the Tax Commission in OKC saying they sent my paper work back unfinished. But that it is now taken care of and will be in the mail in the next couple of days. I told her how long I had been dealing with this as it is now MAY and she says very rudely well it is fixed now and hangs up.
