Had horrible experience with company. It breaches contracts documentation on hand. It preys on single low income families. It over excessively charges low income families in which attorney reimbursed me back I have documentation as well. They illegally evict low income families. They dont care if their unit that supplies appliances has refridgerators or not for kids. Now they refuse to send my deposit even though the apartment was so clean and together the new tenant moved in 30 min after I moved out. It was the most horrible experience ever. I have no choice but to take legal action. I only gave it one star because it was required. I dont think a company deserves any stars robbing the poor and then openly admitting it in email
