Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and signed in and about 2 minutes later the tech came and took me back to the CT. I signed my document and went right in for my scan. I was done before my appointment time came up!

Short wait in Urgent Care. Courteous caring staff. Excellent communication-clear explanations, my questions were answered clearly, I was not spoken down to. Visit results were provided promptly.

Ms. Earl always provides needed treatment for my condition, PLS, helping to alleviate my stiff muscles thus aiding in increased balance and movement reducing fall risk. She is always sensitive to my condition and comfort when working very hard to achieve a most positive outcome to a situation that will only deteriorate but more slowly due to her most capable and appreciated efforts. Thank you!

My experience once I arrived at Lone Tree surgery center was excellent. Everyone took the time to introduce themselves which put me at ease. I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner, Kelly from the Pre-op Department upon arrival. Weeks before my surgery I completed an online questionnaire that streamlined my pre-op process which was very convenient. All the Nurses, Doctors and staff who provided care for me were professional and kind. Thank you to Dr. Shapiro, my surgeon for everything and Dr. B, my anesthesiologist because I remember nothing as expected. Kudos to my team check in to discharge- Lori, LaTanya, Shellia, Christina, Darcy and Danielle. I appreciate all of you for taking such good care of me. If there was one downside it happened the day before when I was called late in the afternoon letting me know my surgery time was moved back by 5 hours from what my initial call told me.

Always a good, professional experience @ Kaiser. Would recommend facility to any needing physical therapy for accident or other health needs.

The oncology team at Lone Tree are amazing - team meaning the best doctor, Dr. Narayanan, nurses, infusion center nurses, schedulers, imaging ... A caring crew and well oiled machine!
