I read the reviews and thought I would give this place a try. Can't say enough how rude is people working at this place. Exactly like what you folks wrote in all these reviews. Wow I'm surprised they're still stay in business. Unprofessional, rude.

Yes, this place sucks...A couple of weeks ago I went in to aquire about the flight to Cambodia the rep there didn't really want to help me because I was only here to find out about the price. So, rep just gave me an estimate price without check her computer. The price was like $1200 for adult, a few hundred dollors off for children, and about $500 for infants. So, by the rep attitude I said thanks and walk out the door. They are for your $$$ period. If you don't have it no customer service or if they already have it. Checked the price online was somewhat match except for the infant. Then again bad service if you're not ready to buy from them.

This travel agency is so unprofessional and impolite. The staff and especially of the owner of the agency is the rudest. I advise anybody wanting to travel please choose other agencies. I would like to report them to the Better Business Bureau but I don’t think they would accept this complaint. FYI: Do not be fooled by their act of sincere and kindest when purchasing the ticket. Once they have your money the services and information regarding your ticket will be ignored or rudely explained.
