Provided by YP.comIt was absolutely terrible from the start. When making reservations/calling for questions/organizing a group, expect to be put on hold for extensive periods of time. Sometimes 45 minutes just to be connected to the wrong department, repeat process again... If you get hurt on the ship, expect to pay $350 fee, and thats JUST to get looked at. If you need pain medicine thats an additional fee. The clinic and shops close at 9:00 so if you need them anytime after that, be prepared to pay OUTRAGEOUS FEES. Also if you get married on the ship, don't. Just don't. It was terrible and everything / anything they COULD mess up, got messed up. from playing the wrong music down the aisle, to losing my polaroid camera, to purchasing professional photos that ended up costing us 10xs more than listed on their website. The packages listed range from $899-$2999, however, I just wanted a dvd with JUST the photos, and the video that the videographer made. those 2 items alone ended up costing $11,000.

Provided by YPmobileNever had an issue booking a cruise. Been on 2 different cruises and had a blast on both. The ship was clean and staff was amazing. The only downfall are the high price on cocktails.

Provided by YP.comCarnival Cruise lines ripped me off. They added charges onto my account, have no proof, no signature, no explanation. Nothing but a run around from their newbee confused personnel. Been working on this for a month. Still haven't received my refund. A bunch of real bozo's working for Carnival.
